• 1. This card is only valid at (Barboys vaishali Ghaziabad)
• 2. This offer cannot be combined with any other discount, coupon or advertised special.
• 3. Valid till one year from the date of purchase. Not valid on 14th February 25th & 31 December.
• 4. All reservation subject to availability.
• 5. The proposals/offers contained in the LAZYLUX dining card are valid for dine-in only. NO TAKEAWAYS AND HOME DELIVERY ALLOWED.
• 6. All food & Beverage offers can be redeemed even in one visit (Except gift certificates/ Gift coupons & Flat % discount)
• 7. Gift certificates cannot be clubbed with any other coupon & has to be redeemed per day/per table/ per transaction.
• 8. All discounts are based on published menu prices.
• 9. A menu item purchase is necessary for validity and utilization of each coupon offer.
• 10. Mandatory govt. applicable taxes & other levies shall be extra. Service charges are mandatory
• 11. Prices and menu items are subject to change without notice.
• 12. This Lazylux dining card is transferable but nonrefundable. Lost cards cannot be replaced.
• 13. In the event of any dispute or misunderstanding arising out of interpretation of any of the offers, the management decision is final and binding on the cardholder.
• 14. Management reserves the right to refuse admission to any indiscipline customer, in the interest of public safety & business reputation. Your co-operation in this regard is much appreciated.
• 15. Please carry your LAZYLUX dining card to the respective outlets and present the card to the manager in charge at the time of placing the order, for billing purpose. The offer will not be entertained once the bill is printed.
• 16. Barboys vaishali Ghaziabad reserves the right to accept or deny any queries outside the purview of the said offers as mentioned on the coupons and embodied within the rules and regulations.
• 17. In conformance to Mandatory Excise and Prevention of Food Adulteration (PFA) guidelines we request your understanding of our inability to service your request with regard to packing and takeaway of left-over food.
• 18. Offer not valid on side order like Indian breads, salad, Rice, papad, & Raita (Except gift certificate/gift coupons & flat discount coupons)
• 19. Only one customer ID will be entertained per visit/per table/per transaction.
• 20. No verbal agreements accepted.
